Org Chart Mapping & Optimization

Who does what, but also who supervises work, who has decision-making authority, who mentors whom, etc. This helps us move away from a “flat” hierarchy into a system that can take on growth without burning any one person out. For now + the next 18 months.

Team Growth Strategy

Identify the next hire(s) — for the next 3 months, and beyond. The positions, including decision-making latitude and expertise. If I have job descriptions for these positions, I will share what I have.

Staffing Roadmap

  • The first two calls are about a week apart (I use this time to create the new org chart and prep all the recommendations, which I present on the second call.) On the second call, I’ll also give you a roadmap for which new best practices you’ll want to focus on. 
  • Then there’s time for you (or a team member) to dig into the tools and tradecraft (which are all templated, videoed & captured in a Searchie hub called the Growth Success Lab, so you can dig into them at your leisure).
  • And then we have a final call where we fine-tune the new SOPs and best-practices (and we workshop any problems), and get you and your team fully set up for success.
