You'll candidly answer a focused series of questions that allow me to determine what you and your team's operational priorities should be — and during our session, we'll discuss your results and build a operational plan to address them.
I *do* have done-with-you solutions for all your priority challenges, but I *will not* pitch you on the call (we'll be busy working). You'll be able to book your session within 10 days of purchase — frequently even sooner. (You will need to have completed the Audit by call time.)
What exactly is included?
You get instant access to a diagnostic quiz for you to assess what's currently happening with your team, your leadership habits and your business. You'll also receive a link to my calendar to book a 75 minute call with me, when you're ready. On that call we will review your Audit results and build a prioritize plan to address them. You will need to book the call within 60 days of purchase.
What do we do during the 1:1 session?
In our 75 minutes session, we'll discuss your audit results and build a prioritized operational plan to address them.
Is the session really just a glorified sales call for further work?
No. It's a work session. I *will not* pitch you on the call. Towards the end I'll ask if you're interested in receiving an email proposal from me for support as you work through your priorities. If you consent, I'll follow up afterwards — and if you choose to work with me within 30 days of our session, your $300 investment will be applied to your total.
