This is how I use AI in my business and for producing results for my clients:
I use AI to help generate marketing content ideas and to produce first drafts, including for marketing emails. I also AI to produce images and photos used in social content.
I use AI notetakers during Discovery calls, so my notetaking burden is lessened. I use Granola for this purpose. At no time do any meeting notes train the model, and no meeting notes are shared with any individual other than the meeting attendee.
I use AI notetakers during client fulfillment calls. I use Granola for this purpose. At no time do any meeting notes train the model and no meeting notes are shared with any individual other than the meeting attendee. Transcripts and the notes generated are maintained indefinitely.
I use Claude to help me brainstorm and analyze information to provide my clients with excellent results. I use a paid version of Claude which does not train the model.
No AI is currently used to send contracts or invoicing.
I do not use AI to generate my functional (non-marketing) email copy.
This disclosure page will be updated as my use of AI revises and changes. Current clients will be consulted in real-time as I roll out new uses and workflows, and positive consent will be secured.

Better use of the team you already have.
I help B2B service businesses find hidden capacity and make better use of the team they already have. We look at the work first — then decide what needs a person, what doesn’t, and what’s worth changing.
My Substack: Human in the Loop
AI has given businesses a lot more options for getting work done. That doesn’t mean the answer is to automate everything.
I write about capacity, operations, AI, and the increasingly interesting question: What work actually deserves a person?
