Pocket COO is structured to serve you and your business right where you are.

We implement systems (think of them as healthy habits for your business 🏋🏼) to defeat distraction, keep you and your team aligned on the priority work — and allow you to manage your business and make smart, data-informed decisions without getting into the weeds. 🌱

Pocket COO is a 3-month package of 7 calls total + private Slack support in-between.

In each 3 month session, you get:

  • A pre-session audit and comprehensive diagnostic. Easy for you to complete and insightful for me to begin to structure our time together.
  • One 90-minute kick-off call to review the audit and set goals, experiments and success metrics.
  • Six 1-hour calls (2 per month), on a set schedule, where we monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, upskill — following my framework and reacting to what your business needs.
  • Three 30-minute 🆘 sessions (1 per month) to use if/when you need extra support on short notice. You get short-notice access to my calendar.
  • Private Slack support. We'll have a private channel together, in my Slack, where we can audio & text each other for support between-meetings. (24 hr response time) 
  • Priority scheduling for any add-on sessions or project work

Are You Wondering…

Can I bring questions/issues to the sessions?

Yes! The kick-off call has a set agenda, but there's always room for us to discuss anything you want — and our semi-monthly calls are usually full of discussion and problem-solving. All operational and team issues are on the table: Strategy, tactics, team issues, KPIs, new ideas, old ideas, financials, planning, etc.

Do we meet at a set time?

Yes, the semi-monthly 1-hr sessions will be a regular, repeating meeting. This keeps us on a regular cadence. Let’s pick a time that will consistently work for you. (Of course we can reschedule if you’re going to be away.)

The 30 mins 🆘 Session has its own scheduling link, and you get short-notice access to my calendar whenever possible.

What can we do over Slack?

Advice, commiseration, support, clarification, floating ideas, venting, cat gifs. I’m here for it all.

What’s the refund/ reschedule/no-show policy?

Once we get started, there's no refunds or pausing (except for true emergencies), even if sessions go unused.

If you need to reschedule the regular meeting, please notify me in advance, and definitely 48 hours ahead of time. If we’re inside the 48 hour window, and I’m not able to accommodate a reschedule request, the session will go unused for the month.

No-shows mean the session is forfeit, and too many of them may mean this program isn’t a good fit. We can see what works for what you need.

Do unused 🆘 sessions roll over?

No. SOS sessions are to be used within each 30-day period and do not roll over. This is so I can offer short-notice assistance to anyone who needs it — without over-booking myself or inconveniencing anyone.
