Over the past year I’ve had clients ask me how they could continue to work with me after our program or project was finished. So I came up with a way to maintain the highly personalized support I offer – just bite-sized.
It’s designed for CEOs who have an ongoing need for high-level ops advice – but at a level where it doesn’t make sense to hire internally or externally yet. This offering equips business owners with the operational advice and support to lead their teams, hit their growth plans – while minimizing the missteps and shortening the learning-curve.

Pocket COO is structured to serve you and your business right where you are.
Investment: $500/month. No long-term commitment. You’ll be on autopay but can cancel anytime. I’ll just need 2 days’ notice to cancel the payment in time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What questions/issues can I bring to the sessions?
Anything we can tackle during the hour is fair game. All operational and team issues are on the table: Strategy, tactics, team issues, KPIs, new ideas, old ideas, financials, planning, etc.
Do we meet at a set time?
Yes, the 1-hr session will be a regular, repeating meeting. This keeps us on the monthly cadence. Let’s pick a time that will consistently work for you. (Of course we can reschedule if you’re going to be away.)
The 30 mins Flex Session has its own Calendly link to schedule, and you get short-notice access to my calendar whenever possible.
What can we do over Voxer?
Advice, commiseration, support, clarification, floating ideas, venting, cat gifs. I’m here for it all.
Can I customize this a little?
Why not!? Shoot your shot. Just let me know what you’re thinking.
What’s the cancellation/refund/ reschedule/no-show policy?
Cancel anytime. I just ask for 2 days’ notice so I can stop the autopay in time.
No refunds or partial refunds, even if sessions go unused.
If you need to reschedule the regular meeting, please notify me in advance, and definitely 48 hours ahead of time. If we’re inside the 48 hour window, and I’m not able to accommodate a reschedule request, the session will go unused for the month.
No-shows mean the session is forfeit, and too many of them may mean this program isn’t a good fit.We can see what works for what you need.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. Sessions are to be used within the original month. (Months run from payment date-to-payment date, not calendar months.)
