At the end of 10 days, you'll be walking away with:
A crucial assessment of your current team, the various “hats” they wear, their ability to make good decisions for your business and where they best fit in your growing org chart. We'll ID any gaps and/or overlaps in the work of the business.
We'll determine who does what, but also who supervises work, who has decision-making authority, who mentors whom, etc. This helps us move away from a “flat” hierarchy into a system that can take on growth without burning any one person out. For now + the next 18 months.
Identify the next hire(s) — for the next year, and beyond. The positions, including decision-making latitude and expertise. If I have job descriptions for these positions, I will share what I have.

How quickly can I book with you?
I have several slots open each month. And as long as you're reading this sentence, there’s a good chance I have a near-term free slot (I will update this if the wait list grows long).

When you’re operating at capacity, one thing you do NOT have enough of is time (or energy, or patience, probably). The Edit asks for 6 hours of your time, over 10 days. About one hour for Pre-Work, two 2-hour deep-dives with me — and an extra hour allocated "just in case." The Team/Work Edit is designed to give you back your time in the form of clarity, traction, enthusiasm and focus.
